Marketing and NPD Executive - Thames Valley

We are searching for a talented individual who can demonstrate the following attributes and skills;

       Excellent Project Management Skills

       Exceptional organisation and time management

       A high level of wine knowledge, WSET Diploma level ideal

       Ability to write creative copy, presentations or training literature

       A clear understanding of what excellent customer service really means

       A proven ability to work well with different teams at different levels within the business

       A desire to work for and learn about agency side of the business

The ideal candidate will may already be working in a similar role and have direct experience of marketing agency wines and brands; perhaps having created and implemented brand plans; worked with suppliers; created presentations for the sales team and have experience with PR and events management. Perhaps you also have experience project managing the NPD process, packaging, pricing and label design but feel that the confines and boundaries of your current job are not really allowing you to express yourself and grow.

Perhaps however, the ideal candidate will be an ambitious retail manager who has an exceptional track record of success and is searching for a break into the agency side of the business, someone who is willing to go the extra mile, who wants to prove themselves and carve their own niche. Someone not afraid to work hard from the bottom up and learn marketing and new product development skills.

 Wine Brand Manager - Flexible Location

Excellent Salary Package (Inc. Car)

We are seeking an innovative and dynamic Brand Manager with a strong sale or marketing background ideally working for a Brand Owner.

Working for one of the UK's leading drinks companies, this is a newly created role focused on developing and managing an exciting portfolio of wine brands with specific responsibility for;

Developing medium and long term profitability, initiating strategy to maximise profit opportunities in line with Category Plans.

Managing brands within the on trade, both consumer proposition and marketing campaigns; experience managing A&P budget would be advantageous.

Implementation on promotional activation for the portfolio of brands.

Developing new brands as required and contributing to annual range review.

Developing internal and external communications and advertising.

 Junior Fine Wine Broker - SE London

Excellent
basic salary and commission structure

Our client has seen considerable growth other the last couple of years, with other investments struggling to perform there has been renewed and increased interest in investing in fine wine.

We are therfore looking to strengthen the team by introducing and developing a Junior Wine Broker.

You will be given support and training on investment grade wines but will need to have a strong background in wine and/or wine sales with a minimum of WSET Diploma. Ideally you will have worked in a sales enviornment, possibly retail or other telesales, and have a genuine appetite for direct private client sales.

The role is about building relationships and advising clients on their fine wine investments, putting together portfolios and selling direct to individual customers as well as learning how to broker fine wine.
