With principal responsibility for developing and delivering new business opportunities, this role requires a results oriented, self starter with an entrepreneurial flair. Someone who knows their way around the independent on trade on the South Coast (mainly BH, SO, SP, SN, BA, DT); and at the same time can manage and develop strong working relationships.

Our client owns a numebr of vineyards throughout Europe and has a strong and established reputation. Now under new ownership we have the capital to invest in moving the company up to the next level.

We are searching for someone with a clear understanding of either mail order, B2B or B2C sales. You will be tasked with increasing customer base through direct selling and wholesale channels, developing corporate affiliations. Increasing sales and marketing presence are all with in the remit of this new role. You will have money to spend but will be expected to generate results.

Ideally you will also be able to write good copy, have your WSET qualifications and French language skills.

With Bristol and the South West having undergone somewhat of a transformation over the last few years the potential to develop new business is excellent too and as such we are seeking a dedicated and talented account manager and new business hunter. You will have minimum of 2 years on trade sales experience in the South West and be confident building and growing relationships with key players which will be critical for continued success.

The role is predominantly on trade sales with some key account activity too. A welcoming smile and WSET diploma would be a distinct advantage!
